Information we collect
We collect information provided directly by agency users, information agencies enter or import about their customers, and technical information generated by using the platform. We do not purchase consumer contact lists.
Contact information
Names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of agency staff and of the consumers an agency serves. Mobile phone numbers are handled under the “SMS and Mobile Information” section below.
Insurance and customer information
Quote and policy details, carrier and policy numbers, effective and expiration dates, premium and payment status, underwriting requirements and documents, cancellation and reinstatement activity, and servicing notes entered by agency staff.
CRM usage information
Log records, sign-in events, device and browser details, IP address, feature usage, message and task activity, and audit records needed to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the platform.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep users signed in and to maintain session security. Where product analytics are used, they are limited to aggregate usage measurement to improve the platform. We do not use advertising cookies and do not run third-party ad tracking on the application.
SMS and Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and messaging opt-in information are used only for purposes related to providing requested communications, customer service, policy servicing, insurance quote follow-up, reminders, and other communications authorized by the recipient.
Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information may be shared with service providers that assist in delivering communications, such as telecommunications and messaging infrastructure providers, solely for the purpose of providing those services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications and HELP for assistance.
Full details of how consent is obtained, recorded, and revoked are described in our SMS Messaging Policy.
Service providers
We rely on vetted hosting, database, authentication, email, and telecommunications providers to operate the platform. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their service to us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. They are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing.
Data security
We apply role-based access controls, per-agency data isolation, encryption in transit, least-privilege database policies, and audit logging of sensitive actions including SMS consent events. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we encourage users to protect their credentials and enable available account protections.
Data retention
Operational data is retained while an agency's account is active and afterward only as needed for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained as an append-only audit history so that consent can be demonstrated even after a customer relationship ends.
Customer rights
Agency users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Consumers whose information an agency manages inside Simplicity CRM should contact that agency directly; we will assist the agency in responding. Opt-out requests for SMS are honored immediately and cannot be overridden by agency staff.
Tenant and agency relationships
Each insurance agency using Simplicity CRM is a separate tenant and is the controller of the customer data it enters or imports. Dlee Investments LLC processes that data on the agency's behalf and does not sell it. Agencies cannot see one another's records. An agency may operate under its own legal business identity, its own messaging registration, and its own published policies.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and consent disclosure versions are recorded so historical records remain accurate.
