Account information provided by agency users (name, business email, phone number, role, and agency affiliation); operational data uploaded or synchronized by an agency, including policy, carrier, payment status, and customer contact records; and technical data such as log entries, device and browser information, and usage events needed to operate and secure the platform.

We use information to provide and maintain Simplicity CRM, authenticate users, process agency-supplied carrier and policy data, deliver retention and servicing workflows, send transactional and agency-initiated communications, provide support, and meet legal and security obligations.

Insurance agencies using Simplicity CRM control the customer data they enter or import. Dlee Investments LLC processes that data on the agency's behalf and does not sell it. Access is scoped to the agency's own tenant and controlled by role-based permissions.

Where an agency enables messaging, mobile phone numbers and message content are used solely to deliver the messages the agency initiates and to record delivery status. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

We use vetted infrastructure, hosting, database, email, and telecommunications providers to operate the platform. These providers may process data only as needed to deliver their service to us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We retain data for as long as an agency's account is active or as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation, and audit logging. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Agency users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Dlee Investments LLC at the business address listed above. Consumers whose information an agency manages within Simplicity CRM should contact that agency directly; we will assist the agency in responding.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
