Terms of Service

Simplicity CRM is an insurance operations and customer relationship management platform for agencies, covering lead intake, retention workflows, policy servicing tasks, carrier data import, and agency communications. Dlee Investments LLC may modify or improve features over time.

Access is currently invite-only. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding credentials, and for all activity under your account. Roles and permissions are managed by your agency's administrators.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, reverse engineering, uploading unlawful content, or using the platform to send communications that violate applicable law, carrier rules, or messaging-provider requirements.

Your agency retains ownership of the data it enters or imports. You grant Dlee Investments LLC a limited license to process that data solely to provide and support the platform. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you upload, including consumer contact and messaging consent.

Any SMS, email, or voice communications sent through the platform are initiated by your agency. Your agency is responsible for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state law, and carrier and messaging-provider policies, including consent capture and honoring opt-outs.

The platform may interact with carrier portals and third-party services at your agency's direction. Dlee Investments LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third parties.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Simplicity CRM is not an insurance carrier, agency, or provider of legal, compliance, or insurance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dlee Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate access at any time. Dlee Investments LLC may suspend access for violation of these Terms or to protect the security of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
