Program description
Insurance agencies use Simplicity CRM to send service-related text messages such as payment reminders, cancellation and reinstatement notices, renewal follow-up, document requests, and replies to consumer inquiries. Messages are initiated by the agency the consumer does business with.
Consent
Consumers receive messages only after providing consent to the agency, for example on a quote or service form, during a recorded call, or by texting the agency first. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing insurance.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on policy activity and the servicing needs of the account. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the agency that services your policy directly.
Privacy of mobile data
Mobile phone numbers, opt-in records, and consent data are used only to deliver the messages an agency initiates. This information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
